Last week, we celebrated the end of the Rotary Year, with a wonderful picnic and short program. It was a beautiful summer evening and so great to see such a nice turnout of past presidents and current members.
15th Annual Hank Sampson Award Winner
Lois Conn is the 15th recipient of the Hank Sampson Memorial Award which our club gives to a member in good standing that plays multiple significant roles in the club and demonstrates service above self.
Lois has been a Stillwater Rotarian for 8 years and serves on our board. She was instrumental in the success of our first annual dueling pianos fundraiser. She has a “can do” attitude and gets things done! Her devotion and contributions towards the mission of Rotary are sincere and we are so lucky to have her as a member!
