Wendy Kingbay has been a member of the Stillwater Rotary since June 25, 2015, her sponsors were Billie Jo Fox and Ed Jones. She is the Campus Administrator at Boutwells Landing. Wendy grew up in Hibbing, MN, where her family still lives. She received a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Services with the "Fighting Sioux" in North Dakota. She also has a Masters of Education and completed Public Health - Health Care Administration from the U of M. Wendy keeps busy and loves to try new things.
