Scott Mercer Scott and Michelle I would love to have dinner with Leonardo DaVinci. I believe he was the epitome of the Renaissance Man with an amazing mind that was centuries ahead of his time.
The best piece of advice I was ever given was during my years as an Amway distributor and it was “write down your goals” This advice motivated me well beyond college and into my professional careers.
My one skill/talent that most folks don’t know about is my love for fermentation science. I began brewing beer and hard cider in the very early 80s and have taught at least a hundred people to brew beer. While I don’t do it much anymore, I was brewing craft beers back when you could only find ingredients at nurseries and feed stores. The craft has come a long way - my next venture will be into distillation. Wine is something I’ve never really attempted but I definitely have too many bottles in my cellar!
