Diaper and baby wipes drive sponsored by the River Falls Rotary Club and Ezekiel Lutheran Church in collaboration with the St. Croix Valley United Way ALICE, an acronym which stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, is a way of defining families, neighbors, and colleagues (men and women) who work hard, earn above the federal poverty level, but not enough to afford a basic household budget. There are currently 2,373 households with children in Pierce and St. Croix Counties that fall into the ALICE category. The River Falls Rotary and Ezekiel Lutheran Church are collaborating to help these families with a diaper and baby wipes drive. The drive will take place from October 9 through November 10, 2023. During this time, people are encouraged to drop off packages of diapers and/or baby wipes in the bins located near the church office. All donations will go to the United Way St. Croix Valley Diaper Bank to be distributed to families in need. Due to safety guidelines, all donations of diapers and baby wipes must be in the unopened, original packaging. Two other ways to donate: Go to the River Falls Rotary Facebook page, click on the link titled Rotary/Ezekiel Lutheran Diaper Drive which will take you to our Amazon Wish List. Order the items you wish to donate, use your preferred payment method, and the diapers/baby wipes will be delivered directly to the United Way St. Croix Valley offices located in Hudson. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, please send your check made payable to
