This years Rotary Area 11/District 5960 Pork Ribs Cook Off will be held on Wednesday July 24th from 5:30-7:30pm at the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center! Our club is still looking for a volunteer (or two) to cook the ribs. Please contact Schuyler Olson or Tom Hollatz for more information.

 

Get ready for a finger-licking good time at the Lake Elmo Event Center. Join Rotary Area 11 Clubs for an evening filled with delicious BBQ ribs (EACH CLUB BRING YOUR BEST RIBS), friendly competition (WE WILL TASTE TEST AND VOTE), and Rotary fun! Whether you're a seasoned grill master or just love good food, this event is perfect for you. Come hungry and bring your appetite because you'll be tasting some of the best ribs around with delicious side dishes by Lake Elmo Inn (cash bar also available). TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE using Eventbrite. 

 

 

LAST MEETING: On June 20th, we heard from Spike Carlson and his involvement in helping a family from Afghanistan resettle in Minnesota. 

Thank you for joining us at the 2024 Presidents' Picnic where we celebrated the closing of the Rotary year and start of the next one. Thank you to Tom Hollatz for a great Rotary year - and we look forward to Schuyler Olson's leadership in the coming year!

 

On Saturday June 29th Rotarians from around the district celebrated the installation of 24-25 District Governor Ed Bove of Stillwater Sunrise. It was a beautiful night a Rustic Roots winery filled with fellowship and service. Our club hosted a peace table, Christmas in July. Celebrating what our club does for the local community and raising $260 for Community Thread's Holiday Hope! Thank you to everyone who participated!
