MEETING DATES: May 23rd. June 6th, 13th, and 20th.

CLUB SOCIAL: There will be no weekly meeting on May 30th. Join us for a club social at 5pm at P.D. Pappy's in Stillwater. Wear your favorite tropical shirt or dress.

PRESIDENTS' PICNIC: We look forward to celebrating another wonderful year in Rotary. This year's Annual Presidents' Picnic Celebration will be held on Thursday, June 27^th at 6:00pm at Autumn Hills Park. May Service Activity

The May service activity will be roadside cleanup. We have scheduled this event for Thursday, May 23rd at 5pm. Meet at the Washington County Fairgrounds, south entrance. Bags and vests will be provided, please bring your own gloves.

District Governor Installation Event

What: Rotary 5960 District Governor Installation Event
Theme: Make Peace Visible
Request: Bring a package of diapers to donate to a diaper bank (as an attendee you are making peace visible)

Make a meal choice:

Meat: New York Steak
Fish: Walleye Pike
Vegetarian: Butternut Squash Ravioli

Christmas in July table at the District Governor's Installation

Our club will have a Make Peace Visible table at the District Governor Installation event on June 29th. Our theme will be Rotary’s impact on our local community. We will be doing "Christmas in July", collecting gift cards/cash for Community Thread's Holiday Hope. We also want to include photos of local service projects. If you would like to help design and/or work the table at the event, please reach out to Amanda Lathrop. There will be a meeting to discuss the details after our club meeting on June 6th.
