If you could have dinner with one person living or dead, who would it be?
Lately, I've really wanted to talk to my paternal grandmother, Mary Fran Brady. I'd like to learn more about her as a person, not just a grandmother and mom. We probably have a lot more in common than I would have ever guessed when I was younger.
The best piece of advice you were ever given?
I don't feel like I was given a lot of advice, or maybe I was just bad at taking it.
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an actress or a librarian/bookstore owner.
Do you have a skill or talent most people don’t know about?
My general trivial knowledge. I know a little about a lot of things and am an expert in very little.
Who is your all-time celebrity crush?
My favorite all-time musician is Billy Joel; he has a song for every mood and is a great storyteller.
What is your favorite way to start your day?
I like to start the day slowly and with puzzles to wake up my mind. Every day I do Wordle, Quordle, Waffle, and Strands and then usually play a round or two of backgammon.
What is an item you have way too many of?
Stuff I don't use. I have a need to hold onto things that I may someday need. Unfortunately, usually when I need it, I can no longer find it.
