Last Week's Program
We congratulated Rex on receiving his Paul Harris Fellow award (x2!) and Shannon for her sponsorship of Anne Anderson. 
         
 
Our speaker was Jay Riggs, District Manager of the Washington Conservation District (WCD).  Their mission is to enhance, protect, and preserve the natural resources of Washington County.  The WCD has been around for 75 years.  Jay discussed the work they are doing with farmers to be compliant with new buffer laws.

Molly Landgreen has submitted her application for membership and will be inducted to the club on October 5th.  Molly is the Controller for Kingwood Management.  Doug Brady is her sponsor.

One Rotary Summitt 2017
Our district will be presenting One Rotary Summits on September 28th (Roseville), October 3rd (Rochester) and October 7th (Faribault) this Rotary year.  These summits emphasize the relationship among Membership, Public Image, and Humanitarian Service and are a unique and effective way to help club members understand and become truly engaged in the opportunities offered by Rotary.   
16th Annual Foundation Celebration
