Rake A Difference Day
Community Thread needs our help for their annual Rake a Difference Day! Rake a Difference Day benefits seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Washington County. This family-friendly volunteer activity engages more than 400 volunteers annually to rake approximately 60 yards in our community. This year, Rake a Difference Day is this weekend - Saturday, October 28, 2017.

The Stillwater Noon Rotary is getting a volunteer team together at 9:00am to rake one yard in Mahtomedi, please join the fun!

If you (and family members) are interested in volunteering for the event, please sign up!
Call or email Kathy Elbert at 651-351-3762 or kelbert@fsbt.com to register.

Rotarians Making a Difference

A group of Rotarians participated in Volunteer for a Cause in support of Community Thread's Holiday Hope Program.  The group raised $149 in tips for the program which serves over 1,000 people annually in the Stillwater area with individually chosen gifts and a holiday meal.   Many thanks to the Rotarians pictured: Sally Anderson, Doug Brady, Keri Bischoff and Anne Anderson.  Thanks to Patty Radoc and Katie Rolf as well.  The group was looking sharp in our new Rotary shirts!
